Preethvi Abhyudaya Educators Association – India (PAAI) a non-profit organization, organized a function on the eve of Teachers Day celebrations in 2024 to honor teachers, educators, principals, and directors. “Best Principal of The Year Award -2024” was presented to Professor Emeritus Dr. Rajinder Kumar Uppal, Principal of Guru Gobind Singh College of Management and Technology, Gidderbaha. Dr.Uppal has been recognized by the Preethvi Educators Association – India (PAAI) for his outstanding contributions to the field of education, particularly in the specialist genre of literature. His visionary leadership and exceptional commitment to aesthetic literacy, inspiring creativity, and nurturing innovation in education have earned him this award. PAAI congratulated Professor Uppal on his remarkable achievements. The highest honor in the field, conferred on individuals who have contributed significantly to education and research. He currently serves as Principal at G.G.S. College of Management and Technology and as MTC Global Chair Professor in Banking and Finance. In addition to his influence at the Indian Institute of Finance in New Delhi, he is also a Research Professor in Finance there, shaping debates on banking and finance on a national and international scale. Known for his scholarly eminence, leadership acumen, and unwavering commitment to excellence, Dr. Uppal has won accolades not only in academia but also in the realm of research. His work continues to inspire generations, transcending disciplinary boundaries and charting a course for a brighter future. He is highly thankful to all the team members of PAAI organization.
