The 33rd Brainwave Quiz Contest was held on 1st October at Manav Sthali School, marking yet another successful event of intellectual competition. A heartfelt tribute was paid to the visionary Founder Chairman, Hon’ble Dr. V.K. Bhatnagar, whose pioneering spirit continues to guide the school.
Mrs. Mamta V. Bhatnagar, Chairperson was warmly welcomed, followed by the welcome of Mr. Anurag Bhatnagar, an Alumnus and Vice Chairman of the school. The event commenced with an invocation to Ganesh Vandana, a beautifully choreographed group dance, invoking divine blessings for success.
A school presentation followed, offering insights into the various facets of Manav Sthali School’s legacy, after which the quiz was officially launched. The audience was treated to an inspiring English motivational song, “Fight,” further boosting the participants’ spirits before the Quiz resumed.
Many teams from prestigious schools of Delhi took part in the written round. 8 teams qualified for the stage show competing for the trophy. It consisted of 5 different rounds of disciplines of Science and Tech, AI, Sports, Literature, History, Maths, Mythology, Environmental Science, and much more in the rounds namely: – Think Tank, Pick n Prevail, Buzz Blitz, Visual Vortex and Sonic Surge, each designed to test their knowledge and problem-solving skills in various scientific disciplines. The on-stage Quiz was prepared by the use of latest technology with eye catching multimedia and audio-visual aids.
Mr. Anurag Bhatnagar addressed the audience, sharing his experiences and encouraging the students to continue striving for excellence.
The Prize Distribution Ceremony followed, with enthusiastic organizers, creative heads, and InfoTech managers ensuring a smooth event. Prizes were awarded to the Finalists, with the II Runners-New Era Public school, I Runners-up-Mount Carmel School, Dwarka and the winner-Manav Sthali School, R-Block receiving well-deserved accolades.
Being the host school the coveted Rolling Trophy was presented by the winning team Manav Sthali School,R-Block, to Mount Carmel School, Dwarka.
The event concluded with a Vote of thanks, marking the end of a memorable celebration of knowledge and school spirit.
