Manav Sthali School, New Rajendra Nagar, successfully hosted the third edition of its Annual Inter-School Fest Manifestations’ 2025, a first-of-its-kind celebration that blended intellect, creativity, sportsmanship and cultural expression while upholding the spirit of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
At the heart of this year’s celebrations was UDAAN – A Celebration of Humanity and Limitless Potential, the school’s flagship event dedicated to empowering Children with Special Needs (CWSN). UDAAN truly lived up to its name — giving wings to courage, dreams and the joy of self-expression.
This year, 164 participants from over 21 leading schools across Delhi joined UDAAN. The event hosted a rich array of competitions designed to celebrate talent in diverse forms, including:
• Painting and Clay Modelling
• Singing and Dancing
• Costume Chronicles (Fancy Dress)
• Flat Race
• Hurdle Race
• Back Throwball
Each child was celebrated as a winner, reinforcing the belief that true achievement lies in courage and participation.
The event was graced by Director Ma’am, Mrs. Mamta V. Bhatnagar, whose presence lent immense warmth and encouragement to the young participants. Adding to the day’s inspiration was Ms. Priyanka Sharma, distinguished para-athlete, whose journey of perseverance and excellence in International Para Table Tennis motivated both students and teachers alike. The school also welcomed eminent guests including Ms. Nikki Kumari (ZBrush Organic Artist), Mr. Nirmal Duklan (HOD, New Era Public School), Ms. Nandini Banerjee (Theatre Director and Music Teacher) and Ms. Jhuma Roy (Coordinator, Antrik Band).
The award ceremony began with a soulful invocation of the Goddess through Devi Stuti – “Ai Giri Nandini”, setting the tone of reverence and celebration.
The Chief Guest, Ms. Priyanka Sharma, in her address, urged the gathering to “keep doing what you love, keep doing what makes you happy, and never forget to applaud yourselves.” Her words resonated deeply, filling the atmosphere with positivity.
The event touched every heart, young and old alike, with Pravika and Pranya our little angels also enjoying the inclusive and joyous spirit of UDAAN.
In her message, Principal Mrs. Dipti A. Bhatnagar shared:
“At UDAAN, we witnessed the purest form of equality — where every child, regardless of ability, was celebrated for their courage and expression. This fest is not merely an event, but a reminder that inclusion is humanity’s greatest strength. When we give wings to a child’s dream, we nurture the spirit of empathy, resilience and unity that the world needs today.”
The vibrant energy of the day — the cheers echoing across the field, the sparkle in children’s eyes and the warmth of parents, teachers and peers — turned Manifestations’ 2025 into more than just a fest. It became a living message of inclusion, compassion and shared humanity. Smiles spread all across, making the celebration truly heartwarming.
Manav Sthali School once again reaffirmed its vision of nurturing responsible, aware and empowered global citizens, making Manifestations not just an Inter-School fest, but a movement towards creating a more inclusive and compassionate society.
