Brains N Games IV: A Celebration of Young Minds, Creativity and the Power of a Positive Mindset

Manav Sthali School proudly hosted Brains N Games IV on 28 July 2026, as part of the fourth edition of its annual inter-school fest, Manifestations ’2026 – “Mindset Reset: Exploring the Self.” Organised under the esteemed leadership of Chairperson Mrs. Mamta V. Bhatnagar, the event brought together young minds from across Delhi-NCR in a vibrant celebration of creativity, confidence, collaboration, and joyful learning.

Rooted in the powerful philosophy of “Mindset Reset,” the event encouraged children to look within, embrace challenges with optimism, develop resilience, and recognise the immense potential within themselves. Through a carefully curated blend of intellectual, artistic, literary, and sporting experiences, the event reinforced the idea that a positive mindset can transform obstacles into opportunities and mistakes into meaningful learning experiences.

The event witnessed the enthusiastic participation of nearly 300 students representing around 20 prestigious schools from Delhi-NCR, including The Ardee School, Shiv Nadar School, Lotus Veda, St. Columba’s School, and several other reputed institutions. Their spirited participation transformed Brains N Games IV into a lively platform for healthy competition, meaningful interaction, creativity, and the exchange of ideas.

The presence and inspiring guidance of the school’s respected Principal, Dr. Dipti A. Bhatnagar, further enriched the occasion. In her motivating address, she encouraged the young participants to believe in themselves, approach every challenge with confidence, and view every experience—whether a success or a setback—as an opportunity to learn and grow. Her words beautifully resonated with the central philosophy of the event: a resilient mind is one that continues to learn, adapt, and move forward.

Under her visionary guidance, students participated in an engaging array of competitions designed to bring out their individual talents while nurturing collaboration and self-expression. The competitions included Show and Tell for Grades I, II and III, Story Narration, Singing Competition, Group Dance, and Playtopia – Fun Games, featuring exciting sporting activities that fostered teamwork, coordination, confidence, resilience, discipline, and sportsmanship.

The event was further enriched by the gracious presence of Ms. Bhawna Chandani, a distinguished member of the Legacy Circle – the official alumni group of Manav Sthali School that brings together accomplished former students who continue to remain connected with and contribute to the school community. A renowned Dietician and Nutritionist, Ms. Chandani served as an esteemed judge and inspired the young participants through her warmth, encouragement, and valuable insights.

The distinguished panel of judges brought together an impressive spectrum of expertise and experience. Mr. Sumit Sehgal, accomplished Author and Poet, lent his literary expertise to inspire budding storytellers and creative thinkers. Ms. Niharika Makhijani, Educator and Founder of Little Meadows Activity Centre, brought her valuable experience and deep understanding of early childhood education. Ms. Priya Rathi, celebrated Storyteller, Jolly Phonics Trainer, and Founder of Quokka with Priya, encouraged children to communicate with confidence, imagination, and creativity.

Adding grace and artistic excellence to the occasion was Ms. Malika Baig, eminent Choreographer, Artistic Director of Ol’ That Jazz, and Dance Faculty at DPS International School, R.K. Puram, whose expertise enriched the dance segment. Ms. Siya Khosla, talented Musician and proud member of the Legacy Circle, inspired the young performers with her passion for music and performance. Mr. Sunil Chaudhary, dedicated Physical Education Teacher, brought his expertise in sports, fitness, and physical education to the sporting activities. Their collective encouragement, thoughtful observations, and constructive feedback made the competitions more enriching and memorable for every participant.

The event was meticulously coordinated by Ms. Rashmi, Ms. Manisha Sachdeva, Ms. Mansha Pahuja along with Ms. Shikha Arora, Ms. Shruti and other Primary NCF and IPC faculty. Their collective commitment, careful planning, and seamless coordination ensured the smooth execution and resounding success of Brains N Games IV.

The celebration culminated in a grand Award Ceremony, where winners across various categories were felicitated with trophies, medals, and certificates, recognising their talent, dedication, creativity, confidence, and outstanding performance. Yet, beyond the accolades, the true achievement of the event lay in giving every child a platform to participate, express, experiment, collaborate, and discover something new about themselves.

Brains N Games IV thus emerged as much more than an inter-school competition—it became a celebration of learning beyond classrooms and growth beyond academics. Through the theme “Mindset Reset – Exploring the Self,” the event encouraged children to embrace perseverance over fear, confidence over self-doubt, empathy over judgement, and growth over perfection.

The celebration reaffirmed Manav Sthali School’s enduring commitment to nurturing confident, compassionate, resilient, creative, and globally responsible young citizens—learners who are not merely prepared to face the future, but empowered to shape it.
